Current Position: Associate Professor of Child and Adolescent Health / Vice Dean for the Faculty of Nursing, Midwifery, and Health at Jordan University of Science and Technology (JUST).
Participation in the RCR Program:
I decided to participate in the Jordan RCR Program as a trainee to gather more knowledge and be competent in the area of research ethics, especially that I usually work with children and adolescents who need their parents’ consent to participate in research.
Also, I usually use randomized controlled trials in my projects, and I have been facing some ethical dilemmas that I usually can’t find a clear solution to. I am hoping that being part of this valuable program can enhance my ability to design research that is ethically sound and fair to all of those who are involved.
