Participation in the RCR Program:

During my PhD training I had only one course in research ethics. After starting my academic career as a university professor, I have always felt that I need more training in research ethics due to the many ethical dilemmas that faced me as a researcher regarding dealing with biological human samples, authorship disputes, statistical data analysis…etc. I’m interested in this one-year Research Ethics Education Program because I expect it to give me a scientific background that will enable me to make sound judgments when I am faced with ethical issues during my research.
